Hello steemit friends, I just want to share my dinner for tonight. I was craving for Chicken Inasal and I went to this restaurant who offers a chicken inasal. Cravibgs satisfued real quick.
Chicken inasal, commonly known as inasal, is a Filipino variant of roast chicken, marinated in a mixture of lime, pepper, vinegar and annato, then grilled over hot coals while basted with the marinade.
