"PORK NILAGA"

PORK NILAGA - is a boiled pork soup with potato, cabbage, petchay, and saba banana. It goes perfectly with steamed rice and is best with some spicy fish sauce (patis) on the side. Others preferred soy sauce (toyo) with calamansi and siling labuyo if they also want it spicy. As similar to Bulalo, it is perfect to have it on a rainy day as your viand. A sip of its hot broth can keep our body warm especially during cold weather.
