DSLR Camera Customized Cake

Made this dslr camera cake for a birthday boy yesterday.

之前还没机会接过照相机蛋糕订单，终于给我等到了！

Done cake shaping and chilled it in the fridge after covered with dark chocolate ganache. To make sure it's firm enough to stay in shape later aafter few hours.

把相机的形状给切出来，涂上黑巧克力然后把蛋糕冷却在冰箱几个小时好让黑巧克力能够硬一些。那么之后盖翻糖的工作比较好做些。

Rolled out black fondant evenly and slowly cover the cake.

把推平的黑色翻糖满满的盖上蛋糕。在慢慢的磨平好让翻糖服贴着蛋糕体。

Some detailed part of the camera lens. I thought the body of the camera would be hard to make but in fact, the lens part was harder than that. Every detail have to be finely done.

相机镜头部分好多小细节要做，制造过程来得比相机体的功夫还要更仔细更多。

Customer requested to have the birthday boy's name wrote in traditional Chinese.

顾客要求我以繁体字写出寿星的名字。
