Daily Food Photography: Grilled Salmon and Rice Cake
Salmon is one of the nutritious seafoods. Having it grilled is a good way of cooking it. This one was sprinkled with lemon to eliminate the fishy smell, applied butter, black pepper, and salt to taste. With a presentation like this made it delightful.
This rice cake or bibingka is a popular delicacy in Ilocos. It'a different from other bibingka which has latik or caramelized sugar on top it. This one tastes good and it has buttery sweet taste.

Yung bibingka from Ilocos, yan lagi namin dinadaanan pag nagpupunta kami duon, forgot the name of the resto pero a lot of customers ang lagi nagpupunta. Ang sarap kase.😋
