CHICKEN IN CHILI OIL

Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.

Put the chicken in a little pot and add water to cover. Mix all this ingredients dried chili peppers, wine, chopped ginger and green onion, bay leaf, a bit of salt, and Sichuan peppercorns. You should cook in medium heat until it boil. Then eat while it is hot. Enjoy!
