Ginamos and Nilung-ag na Saging

Hello steemians.. I just wanna share my today's Daily Food Photography.

This is my favorite Ginamos and Nilung-ag na Saging (Boiled Bananas). Ginamos is a salted fermented krill. Krill is described as small shrimps about centimeter long but the ones used in ginamos are of the tiniest size available. It is also known as shrimp paste, ginamos is popular in the Visayas. Just dip the bananas into the ginamos(with chili), perfect!
