DAY 5 Taco 墨西哥卷饼 @simpleslife
Today's breakfast is Mexican Taco. I prepare the burrito last night.
今天早餐是墨西哥卷饼,卷饼是昨天晚上先准备好的,揉好面放冰箱里,第二天再来擀面,做面饼。
材料:
高筋粉 100g
低筋粉 100g
橄榄油 20g
盐 3g
水 95g
1)首先将所有的材料:高筋面粉,低筋粉,橄榄油,盐和水一起放入盆中
2)将所有的材料揉成一个光滑的面团,放到保鲜袋里,放入冰箱里冷藏一个小时
3)之后取出面团,将面团分成6个大约60G左右的面团
4)放到保鲜膜里,擀成形,一般是圆形。但是,我第一次擀面,不熟悉,时间又比较急,想着是卷的,就擀成了长形

6)擀成形之后,用不粘锅,小火热锅,不用放油,加热后,将面饼放入,至面饼起泡后,翻面,两面都上色后,取出。注意不要煎的太干,否则,冷了后会变脆,会卷不起来。
7)面饼煎完,就可以放入你想要的材料了。今天加的材料是:肥牛片,黄瓜,胡萝卜
做完成品真的挺好吃的。
