One of the most favorite Filipino recipe is Pork Sisig or Pinoy Bar Chow.

Sisig is a Filipino dish originated from Pampanga. It is usually made from parts of pig head and liver, usually seasoned with calamansi and chili peppers.

Sisig can also have different varieties depending on your preference like chicken or fish.

This dish is popular as a companiment to alcoholic drinks or as a main dish.
