Well no it is pretty safe in the city also there are big jail terms here for thieves and them and there families are shamed if their kids turn out to be thieves.
Hard to impose but it does work over here because the penalties are hash and if a foreigner does any crime over here it's double or triple the penalties :)

So as a whole the culture frowns upon things like that, that is very important. I like that place.
Yep the people here are protective of there statue they don't like been looked upon as bad people :)
