Hi @funbobby31 , i meant melatonin " Melatonin is a hormone made by the pineal gland. That's a pea-sized gland found just above the middle of your brain. It helps your body know when it's time to sleep and wake up.
I already take a supplement for that and have windows set to turn red at 11pm.

what I am trying to tell you is that windows already has that built in, they call it "nightlight", you can set it to come on at a certain time or turn it on or off anytime. I have mine set for 11, it turns reddish and then you get sleepy and want to turn it off.
