Overview Of The Top dApps, On All Of The Major Crypto Platforms ETH, EOS, STEEM? - October 2018
DApps are essential for crypto platforms. Cryptocurrencies like Ethereum and EOS heavily relay on this. If the platform produces dApps that are successful, they will succeed as well.
STEEM is also a platform based cryptocurrencies with SMT expected to be launched in March 2019.
DApp radar is a website that is ranking all the available dApps. They also have nice categorization of them by the platform on which dApps are built, and by type of dApps. Also, there is an information on the total number od dApps, which in the moment is around 1000.

Top 10 Ethereum dApps at the moment
Most of these dApps are Ethereum based dApps. This is expected because Ethereum has been around longer than the other platforms and is established as the platform crypto.
In the top 10 there are dApps that offers daily ROI, obviously this are high risk dApps, then the exchanges like IDEX and ForkDelta, and some games like HyperDragons, Ethermon and CryptoKitties.
The number of users of daily users the dApps is in the range from 300 to 2000.

Top 10 EOS dApps at the moment
EOS is establishing itself as the scalable options of Ethereum and much faster one.
In the top 10 EOS Dapps there are some high risk gambling dApps like BetDice and Se7sen.
Also, here is the EOS Knights game. This is the first mobile game on EOS, and I actually play this games. There are also exchanges like DEXEOS and Newdex. On the 10th position is Everipedia. This is a very interesting project, sort of crypto Wikipedia.

Conclusion
As we can see Ethereum and EOS are the two platform on which dApps are built at the moment. The number of daily users of the dApps varies from a couple of hundreds to more than thousand. If we compare this to the number of users of traditional apps and web, we will see that there is still a lot of space to grow.
Categories like high risk gambling dApps, exchanges and games are dominating the dApps at the moment.
STEEM hasn’t officially launch its SMT, but already have dApps that have couple of hundred and even more than a thousand daily users. Here I will mention @steemhunt, @actifit, @dtube, @dlike, @utopian-io, @tasteem, @steemmonsters and other dApps that are on STEEM.
In this context I don’t see the STEEM ecosystem lagging. More or less, it is on the same level as these platforms that already have tokens.
I would really love to see a mobile based STEEM game 😊.
The success of STEEM depends on these projects.
