About John Butler:
John is the Founder of Sophophilia Studios, the creator of CryptoMiner World. He has been designing games for over 6 years. He has been a one-man show for most of his career, doing all the art, coding, music composition, marketing, etc. But with CryptoMinerWorld he wanted to have a team. Which allowed him to create a bigger project, faster. The team is 4 strong right now. There are plans to expand to 6 or more before CryptoMiner World is fully launched. John is a classically trained artist and a self-taught programmer. John enjoys rock climbing as a mental and physical escape from long hours making games.
About CryptoMiner World:
CryptoMiner World is a game focused around having your worker Gems dig up treasures that lie beneath plots of land that you own. Acquire artifacts, Gems, and more to sell with others at the marketplace. Dig deep enough and discover rare keys, capable of opening monthly Ether chests or even the 2,000+ Ether World Chest. Gems are upgradeable both in level and in grade. This is both a collectible and an idle game. Pretty much every item in the game helps you find treasure better. There is an end game designed, to help focus, and not let it slowly die off like many Dapps. But the end game is not the end for your items. There will be a second game once this one is finished, but that likely won’t happen till a year after the launch of CryptoMiner World.
