DaVinci Application - Japanese Language Moderator / Translator

Hello team and community. This post is to apply for the Japanese Language Moderator or Translator of the DaVinci Witness Project.
As for my introduction, I was born in the United States and came back to Japan when I was 10. My dad and my brothers still lives in the US and I sometimes travel to US to visit them. I have worked in the financial industry as a sales and relationship manager for more than 10 years including the experience of 7+ years working at a Japan subsidiary of US based companies. From my experience, I have expertise in the investment/capital market and in the payment services especially in Japanese credit card markets. I graduated the national tech high school and learnt basic programming skills as well such as C and JAVA.
The reason why I want to apply to this opportunity is I recognized many of the Japanese are losing their chance while they are not able to join blockchain related OSS projects, including crypto currencies, since it is hard to find details in Japanese. This kind of gap will bring the difficulty of the growth of the market in Japan while important projects is spreading world wide, like third party projects using Steem blockchain for an example. I support some Japanese crypto currency projects as well and also found that those teams are facing challenges of international communication and marketing. I hope I can contribute to resolve these problems from both perspective, as a crypto user and provider, by joining the DaVinci project.
As of now and still 2 months as steemian, I do not have experience in Utopian. I believe I am catching up to new projects than any other Japanese participants and able to contribute as a Language Moderator or a Translator.

チームの皆様、コミュニティの皆様、こんにちは。この投稿はダヴィンチウィットネスプロジェクトにおける日本語翻訳チームのランゲージモデレーターもしくは翻訳家に応募するためのものとなります。
自己紹介をしますと、私はアメリカで生まれ10歳のときに日本に戻ってきました。父と兄弟はアメリカで暮らしており、たまに渡米して会いに行ったりしています。私は営業として金融業界で10年以上働いており、7年以上はアメリカに本社を構える外資系日本法人で勤務しています。これまでの経験で、私は投資や資本市場と日本のクレジット業界を主としてペイメント産業に知見を有しています。国立の工業高校を卒業しており、C言語やJAVAの基本的な知識も学びました。
今回なぜこの機会に応募したかと言いますと、仮想通貨を含むブロックチェーンに関連するOSSプロジェクトの詳細を日本語で確認することができないためにたくさんの日本人が参加できずにチャンスを逃していると気付いたからです。例えばスティームブロックチェーンを活用したサードパーティプロジェクトがいち早く世界で拡大しているのに対し、日本で起きているこのようなギャップによって日本の市場の成長を阻害することになりかねないと感じています。また、私はいくつかの日本の仮想通貨プロジェクトをサポートしていますが、それらのチームが海外向けのコミュニケーションやマーケティングに課題を抱えていることも認識しています。ダヴィンチプロジェクトに参加することによって、仮想通貨を利用する側と提供する側の両方の視点で課題を解決することに貢献したいと考えています。
現時点でまだ2ヶ月目のスティーミアンであり、これまでユートピアンに関係する経験はありません。しかし私は他の日本人参加者に比べて新しいプロジェクトへの関心および理解があり、ランゲージモデレーターもしくは翻訳者として貢献することが可能だと考えております。
