DON'T BE DECEIVED, EGGS AND EGG MEALS ARE NOT AS POTENT
Probably, some many many years ago this wouldn't have been the case. In those days, the cock mates the hen and the hen conceived the eggs. Soon, after some time, the eggs were laid by the hen.
The hen would put her warm bosom over the egg and they would hatch. If the owner wanted to see as eggs, they would collate the eggs and sell. Those eggs had more nutrients, naturally since they were produced from copulation.
THE TWIST
These days, chickens are just too fat and over grown . Why wouldn't they? They are constantly fed with some kind of artificial refined feed which contains some content that also makes them lay eggs without copulation.
Now, these eggs laid lack a lot of natural nutrients because the eggs are typically artificial and not as nutritious as eggs laid normally.
