Bitcoin miners are the ultimate BTC sellers, they have to sell to pay for electricity and other costs. Miners sell on average 30x24x6x12.5 = 54.000 BTC each month.
After the halving (May 2020) they only have to sell 27.000 BTC .. imagine what happens with price if that much sell pressure disappears! Just as 2012 and 2015 were the best times to buy, 2019 is the looking the same just a year before the halving.

The current Mayer Multiple is 0.67 with a BTC price of $3607 and a 200 day moving average of $5346. The Mayer Multiple has historically been higher 90.45% of the time with an average of 1.49.
