I find that having some private time to myself helps. Just like I have a few quiet moments on Steemit daily.
It brings focus back to myself & I feel happier after that.

I, too, need quiet moments, but this staying up late is becoming a bad habit. I need to try to get to bed early and then get up early and have those quiet moments then. But then, one of the kiddos will probably wake up with me and those moments won't be so quiet! 😆😜😁
