But approximately in the month of February began to present respiratory infections that were treated at the time, I do not know what the medicine but I know they were antibiotics because it was difficult to get at the time. Subsequently continued to present the increase in volume in the legs and present greater respiratory complication so she had to go to medical consultation where they continued with treatment of antibiotics in addition to perform other CT studies of the chest, looking for the Cause of respiratory infection.
The study threw a lung problem by cooking in the infancy with firewood, her respiratory problem was increased with more difficulty breathing so she needs help to carry out his daily activity, like the bath to realize his necessities.
She is currently receiving intravenous treatment at home because they have a neighbor who is a doctor and can administer intravenous treatment at home. Ceftrixona 2 grams Vev every 12 hours. currently has treatment for 5 days of 10 days of treatment to see how it evolves in addition to other medications and nebulizations. Hola, primero quiero dar las gracias a @bigdeej por esta oportunidad que le presta al más necesitado por el mes de gracias. Llevo 2 años y 3 meses que conocí a esa familia, por una gran amiga al cual le agarre mucho cariños ellos son 4 personas y desde el primer día que los conocí, supero que nos llevaríamos muy bien. Lamentablemente este año están pasando por un momento un poco difícil, la mamá de @floralisma la persona que estoy nominando, la Sra. Victoria esta pasando por un momento un poco difícil debido a complicaciones, ella tiene 81 años de edad, es hipertensa ademas de otras comorbilidades y la obesidad. Desde finales del año pasado estuve escuchando que estaba presentando problemas de retención de líquido en las piernas por lo cual estuvo recibiendo la cual desconozco. Pero aproximadamente en el mes de febrero empezó a presentar infecciones respiratorias que fueron tratadas en su momento, no se cual es el medicamento pero se que eran antibióticos porque fue difícil de conseguir en su momento. Posteriormente continuo presentando el aumento de volumen en las piernas y presento mayor complicación respiratoria por lo que debió acudir a consulta medica donde continuaron con tratamiento de antibióticos ademas de realizar otros estudios TAC de Tórax, buscando la causa de la infección respiratoria.
El estudio arrojó un problema pulmonar por cocinar en la infancia con leña, su problema respiratorio se fue incrementando con mayor dificultad respiratoria por lo que necesita ayuda para realizar su actividad diaria, como el baño a realizar sus necesidades.
Actualmente se encuentra recibiendo tratamiento endovenoso en casa debido a que tienen a un vecino que es médico y puede administrarle el tratamiento endovenoso en casa. Ceftrixona 2 gramos vev cada 12 horas. Actualmente cuenta con tratamiento para 5 días de los 10 días de tratamiento a ver como evoluciona ademas de otros medicamentos y nebulizaciones. Debido a los altos costos en clínicas y por no contar con medicamentos en centros de salud publica, decidieron alquilar una cama clínica y concentrado de oxigeno ya que necesita oxigenoterapia fija.
El país Venezuela se encuentra en un punto muy difícil a nivel económico ya que es difícil conseguir tanto alimentos como los medicamentos, porque si se encuentra los altos costos de ellos debido a que los venden en dolares.
Por eso he decidido nominar a la Sra. @floralisma para que así pueda ayudar a la Sra Victoria en su problema de salud y costear con los gastos de alquiler de los implementos clínicos y poder culminar de forma satisfactoria tu tratamiento con antibiótico y poder realizar los estudios tanto de imágenes como laboratorio.
