RE: Another 2019 U.S. Government Backed Coup: Libya-Deep Dive

Quite an interesting read. There's so little mention of Lybia in the news these days and the mainstream media stories I saw in my local press painted this general more like a Russian asset. Thanks for clarifying that.

The hardest thing I do is literally writing a deep dive sifting through WikiLeak's for anything hopefully original is hard! I was surprised that I found mention of Haftar and he is totally a U.S. plant, even the WikiLeak mentioned Libyans complaining he lived in the U.S. until the war kicked off with Qaddafi, I think the CIA probably played a big role in setting him up for his ongoing attack on Tripoli, it looks like Libya had a lot of infighting with the U.S., France and England all fighting to install their own proxy in power during the overthrow of Qaddafi, I can only imagine that Libya is worth untold billions, plus there is some buzz that Trump is destabilizing Iranian oil production to boost American oil profits and production, which if you look at Libya, Iran, Venezuela and even Iraq and Russia, they are all large oil producer's and all have or had major problems with the U.S. Government. Maybe the new version of democracy is to hammer America's competitors in the oil market to help lock up the United States new hold on being the world's top oil producer by smashing the competition?

Once you mention he's been living in the US for a long time, no need to say more...
And, yes, probably, Libya is worth a lot, even Qaddafi was well received in Europe, despite the bad reputation - business is business after all.
