Several Types Of Anemia

Actually, there are several types of anemia. Macrocytic (large red blood cells), for example megaloblastic anemia, B12 and folate deficiency anemia, anemia due to liver disease, and anemia due to hypothyroidism. Microcytic (too small red blood cells), for example sideroblastic anemia, iron deficiency anemia, and thalassemia. The following are dietary restrictions for people with anemia:
  • Foods and Drinks Containing Tannins
  • Foods and Drinks Containing Gluten
  • Foods and Drinks Containing Phytate
  • Foods and Drinks Containing Oxalic Acid
  • Foods and Drinks Containing Calcium.

Lack of sleep can cause red blood cells in the body to decrease, which can lead to anemia. If a person continuously sleeps too late, it could be that the person will experience chronic anemia. Patients will usually improve within 1 week after taking the supplement. However, patients generally still have to take iron supplements for up to 6-12 months to meet iron stores in the bone marrow.
