Today is the day of presenting my weekly recipe, this time I bring you some delicious buttered sesame biscuits. I did with a friend one day that we met at home to share music and make cookies, graduated with me and the next day we had to go to the register in the early morning so we stayed together at home enjoying a girls night and made some delicious cookies.

We start by placing the butter in a bold and kneading with sugar and lemon zest, the secret of the dough is always in the hand so that it is soft and delicious, then we add eggs, liquid butter, 2 tablespoons of anjonjolí, sesame and flour.

After the dough is ready it must be manageable to expand it with a roller and you can make the shape with any circle of a jar, or cookie cutter.

Bring to the oven until golden brown and try a toothpick at the end.

Ingredients:

• Butter 150gr.
• Liquid butter 200ml.
• Wheat Flour 500 gr.
• Sugar 250 gr.
• Sesame Cream c/n.
• Sesame c/n.
• Powder of Hornar 1CDTA.
• 1 egg.
• 1 vanilla essence cta.
