Depression

I can say that depression is a mental problem. All mental problems can be addressed over time and all physical problems can be addressed through sleep.

But when it comes to depression and stress, this is a result of problems in both body and mind. There are many things you can do to overcome depression.

The best healing method we have in our body is sleep. The problem with any body can easily heal with sleep aid. Sometimes, if the problem is complicated, sleeping gives at least power to confront. People can easily forget things.

When there is a depression, your mind will need some time to heal. To promote healing, we must direct the mind to something that is the opposite of the cause of depression. When we are depressed, it is clear that our minds will show a lot of indifference to everything.
