Are we moving towards bearish sentiments ?
ప్రపంచం ఆర్థిక మాంద్యంలో చిక్కుకోవచ్చనే మాట వినిపిస్తే చాలు ఎవరైనా హడలెత్తి పోవాల్సిందే. అసలు అలాంటి అంచనానే ఎవరూ నచ్చరు.. మెచ్చరు. అయితే మనం భయపడతామనో.. నచ్చమనో ప్రపంచ ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ సంక్షోభంలో చిక్కుకోకుండా ఉంటుందా? లేదు కదా? తప్పనిసరి పరిస్థితులు ఏర్పడితే ఆర్థిక మాంద్యం వచ్చే తీరుతుంది. అయితే ఈ పరిస్థితులను ముందుగా ఊహించి తగు జాగ్రత్తలు తీసుకుంటే సంక్షోభం నుంచి ఎంతో కొంత గట్టెక్కే వీలుంటుంది. ఇప్పుడు ఇదంతా ఎందుకు చెప్పుకోవలసి వస్తుందంటే.. 2018 చివర్లో లేదంటే 2019 ప్రారంభంలో ప్రపంచ ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ నెమ్మదించే అవకాశం ఉందట. ప్రధానంగా అధిక చమురు ధరల వల్లే ఈ పరిస్థితి ఏర్పడొచ్చని విశ్లేషిస్తున్నారు.
ఐఎంఎఫ్‌ మాట ఇది..
- అంతర్జాతీయ ద్రవ్య నిధి (ఐఎంఎఫ్‌) తన తాజా నివేదికలో ప్రపంచ వృద్ధి 2018, 2019లో 3.9% నమోదుకావొచ్చని పేర్కొంది.
- సాధారణంగా అభివృద్ధి చెందిన దేశాలు బలమైన వృద్ధిని నమోదుచేస్తుంటాయి. అయితే ఐరోపా ప్రాంతం, జపాన్‌, బ్రిటన్‌ సహా కొన్ని దేశాల్లో ఇటీవల వృద్ధి నెమ్మదించింది. మున్ముందు కూడా ఈ ధోరణి కొనసాగొచ్చని తెలిపింది.
ఓఈసీడీ సూచీలు బలహీనంగా..
ఓఈసీడీ పర్యవేక్షించే ప్రధాన ఆర్థిక సూచీలు కూడా ఈ ఏడాది ప్రారంభం నుంచి బలహీన పడ్డాయి. వచ్చే ఆరు నుంచి తొమ్మిది నెలల్లోనూ ఈ ధోరణి కొనసాగొచ్చని ఓఈసీడీసీ అంచనా వేస్తుంది. అమెరికా, జపాన్‌ వృద్ధి ధోరణిలో స్థిరత్వం కనిపిస్తోందని, బ్రిటన్‌, జర్మనీ, ఫ్రాన్స్‌, ఇటలీ, కెనడాలో వృద్ధి తగ్గుముఖం పడుతోందని అభిప్రాయపడింది.
వరుస ఏళ్ల వృద్ధిలో అమెరికా రికార్డు: గత తొమ్మిదేళ్లుగా అమెరికా ఆర్థిక వ్యవస్థ వృద్ధి చెందుతూ వస్తోంది. ఇలా వరుసగా వృద్ధి నమోదుకావడం ఇది రెండో సారి. ఒకవేళ 2019 వరకు ఈ వృద్ధి కొనసాగితే.. 1990 సమయంలో నమోదైన వరుస వృద్ధి రికార్డు బద్దలవుతుందని నేషనల్‌ బ్యూరో ఆఫ్‌ ఎకనమిక్‌ రీసెర్చ్‌ చెబుతోంది.
