in #design5 years ago

Hello, dear friends, steemians! Today is Monday and the truth is that we have had a lot of work in the embroidery workshop, among many embroidery are stamped, which is also part of our branch of work, but who really makes them is my husband, here I bring a Little explanation of what we should do to paint shirts.

To create a pattern, we will need:

T-shirts - a frame with logo - iron for printing - plastisol paint - pallets - table.

The most important thing is to know how to create the frame, for this I will leave you this little explanation:

To begin we must create the design in digital, print on a sheet of paper the logo in deep black (dark), then place it on a white light table and to transpose the paper oil is placed the necessary amount until it is transparent, then on the logo we place the frame already emulsified and dry, we must place a black velvet the size of the frame, we must place weight of approximately 5 kg to put pressure on the drawing.

Then the room light is turned off and the white light table is turned on for 10 sec. to do the development process.

The design is marked on the frame and with a hose or pressurized water, in this way the emulsion comes out that is marked with the design, leaving our logo ready in the frame and we dry it with a hair dryer, and with a We put it around so there are no leaks of paint and do not stain the shirt.

We will go to the process of stamping, placing the shirt on the base properly to then locate the space where the logo will be placed.

Beat the paint energetically to lighten and place on the palette.

We apply the paint and slide evenly and lift the frame.

Then we put the shirt on the plate at a temperature of 180 ° for 20 sec.

I hope you like them even though it's not sewing but it's about painting flannels and I thought it was important to learn how to paint on fabrics, I hope you can get excited to do it ... You want them! ... Happy #needleworkmonday
