In Uzbek, this beautiful beauty sounds like anoror sharvati. Pomegranate sherbet from Uzbek is usually served after abundant meal, especially after fatty meat dishes. Apparently it helps digest heavy foods, improve digestion.

8 servings of sherbet will require:

• 4 stacks. pomegranate juice (freshly squeezed);
• 1 stack. sugar;
• 250 ml of boiled water;
