Say no to all the advantages and do not let other people pressure you.
"No" to anything that pulls you back, obstructs, and holds.
"No" for what goes against your purpose, your principle, leads out of the chosen path.
No "rubbish, which should be thrown away, and not dragged on their shoulders.
"No" to negative emotions and bad thoughts that take energy from you.
"No" to the wicked who stole your peace of mind.
"No" to everything you do not want, do not like what you do not need.
It requires determination.
