You may have seen it in a previous post, but I was working on my lower back yesterday.

It came as no surprise to me that I woke up sore AF this morning!!

Today I have legs scheduled, so I better get over that soreness real quick!

Thus, I made a protein packed lunch of eggs and turkey with some carbs like rice and toast!
