We Make Our Own Luck!
We make our own luck in this world. We make our own determination and the consistent effort we put in on a daily basis is what drives us forward towards our vision.
Our vision can be grand and it can be small. It can be micro and macro.
In fact, it has to be both micro and macro.
If you spend too much time dreaming about the macro and all it's complexities, you may get lost in it.
However if you spend the right amount of time focused on the micro, then you might just achieve something great in your life!
I've found that the daily disciplines are the ones that lead to the best life overall.
The best life that you can lead, that is.
I love thinking about the idea of just becoming my best version of myself.
That's the most important thing to me.
It hasn't always been, but now it's more important to me than ever before and I plan to keep building on that in my core philosophy.
You see, when it comes to comparing yourself to others, you'll often find that it just strips you of the joy of working hard.
It can strip you of all the amazing feelings you get when you accomplish something. Comparison is what will put you in a wheel and chasing after your own tail!
When you set goals, set them to best yourself. Set them to beat yourself and not to compare your results to others!
