Whats up?

When the first night was over and i slowly opened my eyes i felt this was no dream. The sun in my face and the warm feeling were true. I was in the Philippines They day started slowly with a nice breakfast. I had some Tocino. Im not a big fan of pork meat, but this sweet tocino always gets me again.

Als die erste Nacht vorüber war und ich langsam die Augen öffnete ,da wusste ich diese Wärme, dieses Licht das mir ins Gesicht strömt ist kein Traum. Ich war wirklich wieder auf den Philippinen.
Der Tag begann entspannt. Wir sind in ein kleines Restaurant und ich habe mir Tocino gegönnt. Eigentlich bin ich kein großer Fan von Schweinefleisch, aber dieses süß schmeckende Fleisch hat es mir angetan.

Everyone who researched about Thailand or the Philippines knows that there are everywhere malls, one bigger than the other. After a small shopping tour we went back to the Condo and i took a nap , cause the jetlag (7h) was still sluring me down.

Jeder der sich mit Thailand oder den Philippinen beschäftigt hat weiss , dass es überall Malls gibt und eine ist größer als die andere. Nach einem kleinen Einkauf ging es zurück ins Condo und wir haben weiter entspannt. Der Jetlag (7h) hat sich doch gezeigt.

At the early evening we took a trip to the Peoples Park. The people workout here . I enjoyed seeing the people jogging, doing yoga or performing calisthenics. I really wanted to join, but we had other plans. The most funny part was that i was the guide in Davao and not my girlfriend :P

Am frühen Abend machten wir uns auf den Weg zum Peoples Park. Haha ich kenne mich in Davao besser als meine Freundin aus, also spielte ich den Guide :D Der Park ist klein, aber fein. Viele Leute halten sich hier Abends fit mit Joggen, Yoga und Calisthenics. Es juckte mir in den Füßen mich anzuschliessen, aber das war nicht der Plan.

We visited a nice coffeeshop. The coffee was pretty expensive , but enjoyable. For this coffee i would have surely paid 4€ in Germany . Here it was around 2€.

Wir besuchten noch ein nettes Cafe tranken dort Kaffee. Er war sehr lecker, aber hatte schon deutsche Preise, dennoch denke ich das ich für einen vergleichbaren Kaffee in Deutschland 4€ gezahlt hätte. Hier hat er mich ca. 2€ gekostet.

Doped on cofein whe went into another small quiet place. We had some drinks and i had my beloved beer „red horse“ again. I loveeeeee it <3 We had a nice evening ,we had a lot to talk when they alcohol kicked in we called it a day and went back to the Condo f hor some Netflix and chilling.

Auf Koffein gedoped ging es dann in ein kleines ruhiges Lokal , dort gab es mein heiß geliebtes Bier „Red Horse“ ich liebe eeeeeees <3 wir hatten einen netten ruhigen Abend und haben uns viel erzählt. Als der Alkohol seine Wirkung zeigte hiess es „ab ins Condo, Netflix and chill“

I didn't sleep long. My body was screaming for some exercises. So i jumped into my sports clothes and went down to the court. Im used to training on empty stomach. This time it was really hard. The jetlag was there, the alcohol was still there and this burning sun....but i survived a small pushup,squat and core workout :D Joy joined me and took a small bath in the sun and just enjoyed seeing me.

Ich hab nicht lange geschlafen und mein Körper schrie nach Bewegung, also Sportsachen an und runter in den Hof. Uff ich bin ja Training auf nüchternen Magen gewohnt, aber der Flug steckte immernoch in den Knochen, der Alkohol war wohl auch noch drinne :P und die Sonne knallte so heftig. Hab mehr oder weniger intensiv Push ups, Squats und Planks gemacht. Joy kam verschlafen nach unten und hat die Sonne genossen und sich einfach gefreut das ich wieder da bin.

Afterwards we had a nice breakfast un the condo and took the taxi to change some money and to go to Abreeza Mall. Oh i didn#t miss the heavy traffic in Davao......The day was quickly over. In the evening we jumped into the pool and it was so nice when it slowly started raining and to feel the warm drops on your body. Loviiiing it!

Danach haben wir ein schönes Frühstück im Condo genossen und uns auf den Weg zum Moneychanger gemacht, oh man der Verkehr ist so heftig in Davao. Danach hiess es ersteinmal ab in die Abreeza Mall und ein wenig shoppen und essen. Der Tag verging so schnell, aber da wartete ja noch der schöne Pool auf uns. Badekleidung an und ab ins Wasser. Es war so schön erfrischend, besonders als es begann zu nieseln und diese warmen vereinzelten Tropfen auf die Haut fielen. I love it!

The 3rd and last day in Davao started again with a big breakfast , a small homeworkout and that it was time to say „Bye bye Condo. Hello cabdriver bring us to Tagum City!“

Der 3. und letze Tag in Davao startete wieder mit einem ausgiebigen Frühstück, einem kleinen Homeworkout und dann hiess es auch schon „Bye bye Condo, Hallo Taxifahrer, bitte nach Tagum City!“
