The sun is shining 🌞. This brings me to the idea to eat something fresh and healthy again.
We got here an orange 🍊 with many vitamins like ( C , B3 and E and also calcium which is essential for your bones 🦴 and good 🦷 tooth )
Proteins also good, so I have here 2 eggs 🍳 and 2 wholemeal breads. Perfect food to start in a sunny day full of energy, with about 550kcal. 👌

That bread its a meal by itself, I do love it once in a while. What happened with your eggs, was that intentional?
Hey 😀the two breads are wholemeal pumpkin breads, I stir the yellow from the egg 🍳 a bit when it was in the pan, so it’s changed from liquid to like wax ... yep intentional ;-) , so you can put it better on a bread
