Die Handwerker bauen auf Beton/ The craftsmen build on concrete
Meistens sieht der Kunde nur das Endergebnis, aber nicht die Vorarbeit. Deshalb mache ich diesen Beitrag heute mal andersherum.
Heute fange ich mit dem Endergebnis an und höre mit dem Anfang auf... 😉 .

Bevor das Laminat verlegt werden konnte, musste der Beton aufgetragen werden. Hier im Bild ist deutlich zu erkennen, dass sich die Kundin für zwei Laminatarten entschieden hat. Die gewählten Laminate sind...

Aber Laminat und Fliesen kann man schlecht verlegen wenn der Boden viel zu uneben ist. Deshalb mussten wir mit Beton erst noch den Boden begradigen.
In der Regel reicht Ausgleichsmasse aus, um Unebenheiten bis zu 5 mm auszugleichen. Wir haben uns für Beton entschieden, da wir den Boden um 10 cm erhöhen mussten.
Wichtig ist hier, die Wände mit Randdämmstreifen vom Boden zu entkoppeln.
Erstens hat der Beton dann genug Platz sich auszudehnen und kann nicht reißen. Zum anderen wird die Schallübertragung verhindert. Beton und Trockenbauwände übertragen sonst den Schall wie eine Trommel.
Der Grund warum wir den boden um 10cm erhöht haben siehst du hier...
Im Bad sollte eine Fußbodenheizung eingebaut werden. Um alles barrierefrei und altersgerecht zu bauen, haben wir deshalb die gesamte Wohnung um 10 cm angehoben. Der Vorteil: Heizungsrohre und Stromleitungen wurden gleich mit in den Boden verlegt.

Most of the time, the customer only sees the end result, but not the preparatory work. That's why I'm making this post the other way around today.
Today I'll start with the end result and end with the beginning... 😉 .

Before the laminate could be laid, the concrete had to be laid. Here in the picture you can clearly see that the customer has opted for two types of laminate. The selected laminates are...

But laminate and tiles are difficult to lay if the floor is too uneven. That's why we first had to level the floor with concrete.
As a rule, leveling compound is sufficient to compensate for unevenness of up to 5 mm. We chose concrete as we needed to raise the floor by 10cm.
It is important here to decouple the walls from the floor with edge insulation strips.
Firstly, the concrete then has enough room to expand and cannot crack. On the other hand, the transmission of sound is prevented. Concrete and drywall otherwise transmit sound like a drum.

Underfloor heating should be installed in the bathroom. In order to make everything barrier-free and age-appropriate, we raised the entire apartment by 10 cm. The advantage: heating pipes and power lines were laid in the floor at the same time.
