Hallo Steemians
Ich bin Moni, just-moni
Was ich mag? Na ja es gibt wenig was ich nicht mag, aber besonders gerne beschäftige ich mich mit den Themen Sport und Ernährung. Vor allem Sport ist schon ein langer Bestandteil meines Lebens. Ich war lange Zeit in einem Leichtathletik Verein, wo ich die Liebe zum Laufen für mich entdeckt habe. Aber nicht nur das Laufen macht mir Spaß, die Bauchmuskeln dürfen ruhig auch mal brennen. Heißt, Kraftübungen dürfen auch nicht fehlen! 😊
Um für mich ein gesundes Gleichgewicht zu erreichen, reicht es nicht nur etwas Sport zu machen. Deswegen beschäftige ich mich auch mit gesunder Ernährung. Mein Motto ist jedoch: Balance is the key. Heißt: Ohne Schoki, ohne mich!
Ich probiere immer etwas neues aus und möchte meine Erfahrungen, Training und Ideen mit euch teilen!
