seelennahrung
des menschen speise
nährt nicht nur das fleische.
ein aufgewachter geist
in gesundes beißt.
doch auch die seele will was haben
um sich daran zu erlaben.
doch wie sieht die verpflegung dieser aus?
propaganda und dauerberieselung sind ihr ein graus.
ruh und rast braucht die gesunde seele
so wird sie zu einer festen stele.
und nur wenn die bestimmung ist gefunden
kann die seele anderen den weg bekunden.

soul food
the man´s food
nourishes the flesh.
an awakened mind
in healthy bites.
but also the soul wants to have somewhat
to refresh itself
but what does the soul need?
propaganda and constant media stream ruins it
a healthy soul needs calm and rest
so it becomes a solid stele.
and only if the determination is found
the soul can officiate as a light.
