Ich hab grad erst beim zweiten Mal Lesen realisiert, daß da "als nicht-ITler" steht. :D
Ich wollte schon schreiben: also ich als ITler hab da kein Problem ...
Im Grunde genommen ist es gar nichts IT-spezifisches. Es ist eher vergleichbar mit einer großen Hilfsorganisation, der du mehrmals im Jahr soundsoviel Geld zahlst. Zusammen mit dem anderen Geld, das die Organisation eingenommen hat, kann sie viele verschiedene Projekte mit ein bißchen Geld fördern.
Du hast also einen Mittelsmann und damit nicht die volle Kontrolle, wo das Geld hingeht. Dafür ist aber sichergestellt, daß es beim Empfänger ist, wenn es gebraucht wird.
Ah, ne das Prinzip ist schon klar. Hab mich wahrscheinlich nicht präzise ausgedrückt.
Ich meinte eher die "Technik" dahinter. Hätte Bock das zu verstehen. Da werden fehlende Programmierkenntnisse schnell relevant. Und die Zeit fehlt für ganz von vorne.
