Was haltet ihr davon ? Worum geht es wirklich?
Vor ca. 1 Jahr kannte ich weder Adrian Ursache, noch einen Staat „Ur“, bis ich in den sozialen Netzwerken über einen SEK Einsatz mit ca. 200 Polizisten gelesen habe. Der Grund des SEK Einsatzes wäre eine Zwangs-Vollstreckung, bei der es sich um eine Grundsteuerschuld in Höhe von 4.000,- € handeln sollte.
Adrian Ursache, wurde laut den Medien, bei diesem Einsatz angeschossen und schwer verletzt.
Ist ein solcher Aufwand, wegen einer Forderung in der Höhe von 4.000,- €, gerechtfertigt? Und was ist dann ein Menschenleben wert? Das ließ mich dann doch neugierig werden. Worum geht es hier wirklich?

Man könnte fast mutmaßen, dass man mit Adrian Ursache einen Präzedenzfall erschaffen will. Es soll jeden abschrecken, der es in Erwägung zieht, sich über die ständig steigenden Abgaben- und Steuerlasten aufzulehnen.
Wer sich in solchen Fällen dem „Gesetz“ oder seinen Hütern widersetzt, wird zum „Reichsbürger“ (Staatsfeind?) abgestempelt und verliert somit jegliche Grundrechte, so auch das Recht auf körperliche Unversehrtheit!
Obwohl ich bis heute noch immer nicht weiss, wie man den sogenannten Reichsbürger, überhaupt juristisch definiert!
