Buy yourself into the Trends Section on YouTube - Auch auf YouTube wird in die Trends gekauft | 👔 | @quocvietle

For a few weeks now, I have been encountering a topic on Steemit that keeps popping up and getting a lot of discussion again and again.
The topic: Buying votes to get into the trends.

Seit ein paar Wochen begegne ich auf Steemit ein Thema, das immer wieder aufpoppt und unendlich viel darüber diskutiert wird. Das Thema: Der Kauf von Votes, um in die Trends zu kommen.
A phenomenon that is not really new. At least not in the social media world.
Ein Phänomen, das nicht wirklich neu ist... zumindest nicht in der Social Media Welt.

At the same time, there is currently a lot of hustle and bustle to the same topic on YouTube, too. If I look at the German trends of this week I can see 7 videos in the 22 suggested trends which really catch my attention. In my opinion, 1 out of 3 doesn't belong into the trends section. And we are not talking about different tastes right now, because then I would have disagree with way much more than these 7 videos 🤣

Zeitgleich gibt es aktuell auf YouTube ebenfalls sehr viel Trubel um das gleiche Thema.
Schaue ich mir heute, den 17.11.2017, die deutschen Trends der Woche an, fallen mir bei den 22 vorgeschlagenen Trends 7 Videos ins Auge. Knapp 1/3 der Trends gehören meiner Meinung nach nicht darein. Und wir reden jetzt nicht von unterschiedlichen Geschmäckern, denn dann würde ich noch viel mehr raus streichen 🤣

No, what really pisses me off about this week's trends is that the people behind these 7 videos have no scruples while making their money. First they buy themself views and likes to get into the trends section. Pretending to have an organic reach. They then buy comments to make their own offer more appealing and provide their own social proof. Okay, every one does it on Amazon, too.

Nein, was mich bei der Betrachtung der Trends dieser Woche wirklich anpisst ist, dass die Personen hinter diesen 7 Videos keine Skrupel haben. Sie kaufen im ersten Schritt Views und Likes, um in die Trends zu kommen. Damit gaukeln sie eine organische Reichweite vor. Daraufhin kaufen sie Kommentare, um ihr eigenes Angebot schmackhafter zu machen und sorgen für den eigenen Social Proof. Okay, zugegeben auf Amazon wird es auch gemacht.

I am neutral when it comes to who puts how much money into advertising. Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Adwords... anyone who has money, invests.

Ich bin neutral, wenn es darum geht, wer wie viel Geld in Werbung steckt. Facebook Ads, Instagram Ads, Google Adwords… wer Geld hat, investiert.

BUT.... they offer supposedly free casino contracts, get rich fast scams and other dubious affiliate stuff to subtract unsuspecting people in these videos. This is what I need to point out and strongly disagree.

ABER… in den Videos werden vermeintlich kostenlose Casinoverträge, Werde-schnell-reich Programme und andere dubiose Angebote gemacht, um ahnungslose Menschen abzuziehen. Darauf möchte ich hinweisen.

Is that something new? No... but a problem. A way bigger problem than what we have here on Steemit - So be aware if you are still active on YouTube ;)

Ist das was Neues? Nein… aber ein Problem. Ein viel größeres Problem als das, was wir hier auf Steemit haben - Die Augen offen halten und nicht auf alles clicken ;)
