Respect for the Monks Respeckt vor den Mönchen

Here in Asia is a lot different and you get a special impression as a visitor.

The students have enormous respect for the monks. During a class trip a whole school came across a group of monks. What would only end in a "hello" in Germany is completely different here. The students bow to the monks and touch their feet.

Here the monks have a great value.

Hier in Asien ist viels anders und man bekommt als Besucher einen besonderen Eindruck.

Die Schüler haben enormen Respeckt vor den Mönchen. Bei einem Klassenausflug ist eine ganze Schule auf einge Gruppe von Mönchen gestoßen. Was in Deutschland in ein "Hallo" nur enden würde, ist hier ganz anders. Die Schüler verbeugen sich vor den Mönchen und berühren ihre Füße.

Hier haben die Mönche einen großen Stellenwert.
