Selfmade Smoothie with Acai
If I'm just home for a short while and need something for a little bit of hunger, or after the sport for the time to go to the right food, I make myself this delicious acai smoothie.
Ingredients:
1 banana
1 handful of blueberries
2 teaspoon of acai power
Almond milk so much until a nice consistency arises
Dates for the sweetness (I take about 5 pieces)
Juice of half an orange or even the pieces of it
1 handful of quinoa flakes
If necessary, some water
The smoothie is totally healthy and gives a lot of power and energy! :)

Wenn ich nur kurz Zuhause bin und schnell etwas gegen den kleinen Hunger brauche oder nach dem Sport um die Zeit bis zum richtigen Essen zu überbrücken, mache ich mir diesen leckeren Acai - Smoothie.
Zutaten:
1 Banane
1 handvoll Heidelbeeren
2 TL Acai Pulver
Mandelmilch so viel bis eine schöne Konsistenz entsteht
Datteln für die Süße (ich nehme ca. 5 Stück)
Saft einer halben Orange oder auch die Stücke davon
1 handvoll Quinoa Flocken
Bei Bedarf etwas Wasser
Der Smoothie ist total gesund und gibt viel Kraft und Energie! :)
