We don't need Steemit growth but Development

Growth is just a rapid increase
In steemit it is the increase in the number of steemians.
Development begins in our lives, the society and also the country at large.
For instance.... @samstickks , @ejemai , @tojukaka started with growth by joining steemit. Then they moved into development by widening their horizon by being creative on how to raise their standard of living, to think on how others can developed and now think on how the community can be developed by encouraging the steemit Uyo community.
Development has co_values which are
SUSTAINABILITY
SELF ESTEEM
FREEDOM FROM SERVITUDE.
and with steemit development we meet them...
@ejemai of @stach has developed to the stage of being sustainable.
1.Sustainable to the extent that he can satisfy his wants and maximize his utility.
2.he is confident, bold and able enough to stand and that is self esteem

He is a boss... Freedom from servitude.u can't enslave him because he is a boss now.
We can make it. Everything is about development. Develop yourself by thinking, develop yourself by upvoting,commenting, and resteeming..
Our community can be developed if we are developed.

I can tell you are a loving soul in the way you think of your community. I live in Colorado and we have a very week sense of community here. It does my soul good to see loving communities wherever I find them. I will follow you and help you the best I can.
