Called of God

For the gifts and the calling of God are irrevocable. (Romans 11:29)

For you see your calling, brethren, that not many wise according to the flesh, not many mighty, not many noble, are called. But God has chosen the foolish things of the world to put to shame the wise, and God has chosen the weak things of the world to put to shame the things which are mighty; and the base things of the world and the things which are despised God has chosen, and the things which are not, to bring to nothing the things that are, that no flesh should glory in His presence. (1 Corinthians 1:26-29)

Yes, the sin of unbelief has kept more people from the best I have for them. The calling of God must be believed before it can be accepted, before it can be lived. Have you believed; are you living as one called of God? Or are you sitting on the sidelines unable to believe that I am capable of calling you to anything of importance? To believe, to have faith in your calling, is not pride. It is not something to be pushed back. It is something to be drawn out, to be brought forward.

Satan will and has been doing all that he can to thwart you, to keep you just dull enough to miss what I have for you. You must not let him win. He does all he can in seemingly insignificant ways to keep My children from the task I have created them to do. Please do not allow this to happen to you. Reach out and grasp the faith that must be yours. Reach out to do and to be all that I call you to do and to be.
