Short answer: Yes

What does it mean?

What it means to stretch you meals throughout the day is to consume small portions of food throughout the day. When you consume smaller portions throughout the day you should be snacking on healthy and nutritious foods. You should consume small amounts, but eat multiple or more than 3 main meals a day. This way, you are not hungry and you burn calories faster.

It is important to still consume the same amount of calories that you would have if you are eating 3 main meals a day.

The benefits of eating consistently throughout the day is that it helps you keep a slim waist because since you are doing many activities throughout the day, your calories will not process into fat quick enough because of the calories you consume.
