একটি ডিজিটাল সেন্টারে সকল সেবা প্রদানের প্রচেষ্টা
ডিজিটাল সেন্টার বাংলাদেশ সরকারের একটি অন্যতম সূচনা। ডিজিটাল সেন্টারের মাধ্যমে শহর থেকে গ্রামে প্রত্যেকটি স্থানে মানুষের দোরগোড়ায় সেবা পৌঁছে দেয়া সহজ হয়েছে। প্রত্যন্ত অঞ্চলেও এখন মানুষ ঘরের পাশেই যাবতীয় সেবা গ্রহণ করতে পারছে।
এ কারণে একদিকে যেমন অর্থ ব্যয় কমেছে অন্যদিকে সময়ের ব্যয় কমেছে। ঘরে বসেই এখন মানুষ জানতে পারছে বিশ্বের সব ঘটনা। আজকে মানুষ নিকটস্থ ডিজিটাল সেন্টারে গিয়ে ব্যাংকিং, মারকেটিং এমনকি পণ্য কেনা-বেচা থেকে শুরু করে যাবতীয় সরকারি, বেসরকারি ও দাপ্তরিক সেবা অতি স্বল্প খরচে এবং স্বল্প সময়ে সেবা পেয়ে আসছে এবং সেদিন বেশি দূরে নয় পাশের রাষ্ট্র ভারতের মতো আমরা প্রযুক্তি নির্ভর হয়ে পড়বো
পূর্বে একটি জন্ম অথবা মৃত্যু সনদ প্রস্তুত করতে একটি মানুষের 3 থেকে 6 মাস পর্যন্ত অপেক্ষা করতে হতো। ফলে সৃষ্টি হতো এক অদৃশ্য ভোগান্তির কিন্তু বর্তমানে একটি জন্ম ও মৃত্যু সনদ প্রস্তুত করতে সর্বোচ্চ 1 থেকে 3 দিন সময় লাগে। এর ফলে জনগণের সঠিক চাহিদা পূরণ করা সম্ভব হচ্ছে।
আপনিও চাইলে আপনার নিকটস্থ্ সেন্টার হতে সেবা গ্রহন করতে পারেন।
