A community run blockchain can have users with high reputation score Earned from actual activity and good behaviour, allowing them to earn the right to flag posts or users to have their content hidden from the front end, it can still be on the blockchain but no one would see it. I have never liked discord. I get harassed to join it all the time when playing an online game and I miss out on a lot of groups to discuss topics I'm interested in but it's a trojan horse. It gets access to your whole device or computer and is very very difficult to remove the traces of it once you've installed it. It links up and encourages linking up with all the major technocratic internet information monopolies and datamining entities like your twitters and your facebooks and instagrams and furthermore, I pay close attention to nomenclature and signaling that are used in governments and technologies and it's called DISCORD as in "sewing the seeds of discord"
