Real-Time 'Listen Along' - Discord + Spotify
Discord Desktop - New Spotify Integration
Our chat platform Discord today announced a new integration with one of the most popular music listening app Spotify. With this integration users can connect their Spotify accounts to their Discord accounts so that they can show what they are listening to. Also premium users of Spotify can "Listen Along" to songs and full playlists together with members directly within their Discord server. The server syncs up tracks so that every user in discord server hears everything at the same time.
For now non-premium members can only display currently listening song to their friends on Discord. Their friends can click on the profile and using "Play on Spotify" button to explore the music they listen to.
“This is the next natural step to highlight the importance of music as an integral part of the gaming experience,” said Mikael Ericsson, Product Director, Platform & Partner Experience at Spotify. “Starting today, we’re really excited to offer Spotify Premium and Discord users the ability to listen together as a group or highlight what they’re jamming out to while enjoying their favorite games.”
I think it is an important integration for both sides. Gaming experience is already integrated with music, I am not sure we have many gamers who do not listen to music when they play. So this Discord + Spotify integration might be interesting for most of Discord users. We will see what will be next?

Wow. I think I need to try it for myself, looks like a cool addition to Discord. If you are a beginning musician, then you need to get more attention to your new releases. It can be either a single or a full album. I know service that can help you with that. You can click on this page that can help you with getting listeners on streaming services. Try it if needed.
