DIY - Urban Gardening Update - Our Broccoli Sprout Trays - Honolulu Hawaii

Here is a picture of our Broccoli Sprout trays. We start them indoors and do them in a dirt mix rather than soilless. The reason is that we finish them outside in the sunlight to green them up.

The odd thing is that it has been hit and miss as some batches are not coming out well. We are thinking it is something in the water because we are using the same methods, soil, and seeds.

We eat them buy mixing the cuttings with salad dressing and just eating them like that.
