DIY Plastic repair
who do not know it, a plastic object breaks and is then no longer useful ...
In the past, I always threw away such objects. But a few days ago I came across Pinterest on a simple guide to repair. All you need is a soldering iron. If you do not have one, you can also use a lighter or a candle and a piece of wire ;-)
The wire is simply heated and then passed over the crack, creating a kind of weld. After 5 minutes of work, the shovel was ready for use again.

In der Vergangenheit habe ich solche Gegenstände dann immer weggeworfen. Doch vor ein paar Tagen bin ich auf Pinterest auf eine simple Anleitung zum reparieren gestoßen. Alles was man dafür braucht ist ein Lötkolben. Wer wie ich keinen hat kann auch ein Feuerzeug oder eine Kerze und ein Stück Draht verwenden ;-)
Der Draht wird einfach erhitzt und danach über den Riss gestichen, so entsteht eine Art Schweißnaht. Nach 5 min Arbeit war die Schaufel wieder einsatzbereit.
@kiel91 Hah nice fix but I think once the mold is broken it wont have the same strengh again.. But good for a quick fix. Plastic welding.. haha!
