You can also use your own referral link on steemit or other steem tribe websites to help new users get that first and only bitcoin debit card they will need. i have 3 now with Bitpay Monaco and cashapp. Cashapp and monaco were free and bitpay was $10 so its becoming more and more competitive to the point where we dont have to pay to get a bitcoin debit card, we get paid to sign up now. And We get paid to sign others up. Bitpay failed with their lack of ATM withdraws or referral program, but they are still good for basic debit card purchases and in small amounts using their BCH. But honestly Cashapp doesnt charge me more than a few dollars to sell $100 worth of BTC into cash. I put about $105 worth of BTC into my cashapp card, sold it and I had more than enough to withdraw $100 CASH from an ATM and have the $2 ATM fee and the $2-$3 cashapp fee. So it is a great deal and instant unlike coinbase. And cashapp has bech32 fast cheap BTC addresses even better and newer than segwit addresses.
