In Portugal VAR begins 2 years ago.
From my experience I say, it will be o positive because is a second aid to referees (in particular situation, there are rules for VAR), is expected, because VAR will be manage by humans, errors. But there will be errors that referees can also do without VAR, so... There will be less errors overall.
