This is a positive trend. I’ve heard Florida Texas and now Ohio are not prosecuting cannabis charges until they can figure out how to differentiate between “hemp” and “nothemp”. This while the supposed best available THC testing (done by start certified labs) in legal states has recently been proven completely unreliable.
