Gut microbes’ role in mammals’ evolution starts to become clearer

I have first hand experience with my gut microbiome recently and have gone through a revitalization process to improve my health and well being. After a couple month long course of Mediclear Plus protein powder, ground flax, sunflower lecithin powder, juice, and maca I was able to get my eczema under control and my mental state improved. I now have the same concoction daily with the only difference being the change of the Mediclear for pure organic pea protein powder.

The difference it has played in my life is very significant I can't recommend the process enough to EVERYONE!

Humans living “Western lifestyles” – i.e., eating diets high in fat and low in fiber – tend strongly away from gut microbiome clade diversity when compared with non-Western humans and non-human primates. That suggests changes in lifestyle, environment and/or genetics that go along with Westernization are connected with the conservation of gut bacterial clades.

“It’s an observation that elevates concern that industrialization may have impacted the gut microbiome that our human ancestors evolved to harbor,” Sharpton said. “But future work will be needed to determine if the gut microbes identified in this study actually affect mammalian physiology in a way that could matter to their evolution.”

Current medicine and lifestyles seem to be completely ignorant of the incredible importance that the gut plays in human health. It is interesting to watch the very slow and gradual awakening of medicine to the reality of human health. Prevention is far easier and less costly than trying to fix things once broken.
