Despite some win here and there, the one with Lesotho,  the win with Benin Republic, some people still perceived  the Nigerian team is still under achieving. Though there has been clamour from many sides on the fitness of the team and there readiness  to make sure they are field  fit.  The Nigerian  team  has been reviewed  as a weak  team on many social media platform,  claiming just two win among many tournament we've  lost shouldn't  be counted as an achievement  at all. 

This was made known  by Fasanu,  wwho lambasted coach Gernot Rohr on been an underachiever on the field.
